Hardin County Community, we have an important announcement regarding the return of sports in our area. This announcement is regarding fans at home athletic events. The IDPH, IHSA and SIJHSAA have set the restrictions of a 50 person maximum for home fans only. No visiting fans are allowed to attend games.

ENTRY

All persons entering the facility for the event must enter and exit the main entrance. All spectators must show your event pass, get your temperature checked, and be marked off the pass list. You must have your game pass to enter, no entry will be allowed without a pass. If you must leave the facility at any time you may only re-enter by showing your game pass and getting your temperature checked. Please be prompt, entry will not be allowed after halftime of the varsity game.

COVID-19 PROCEDURES

Masks must be worn at all times and social distancing from groups that you did not come with must be practiced at all times while at the facility, inside or outside.

SEATING

Spectators are to sit on the East bleachers and remain at least 30 feet away from the playing surface at all times. The bleachers are marked with caution tape to designate the areas spectators are not allowed to sit. There are 3 rows of bleachers that are designated for seating with a row in between each that cannot be sat upon. Spectators are to sit only with the group they came with to reduce contact with those they do not see on a regular basis.

RESTROOMS

Spectators may use the restrooms located on the East side of the commons next to the doorway marked for spectator entry. Please use common courtesy and social distancing when in the restroom. Please wait for your turn if someone else is in the restroom. Remember to wash hands for at least 20 seconds.

CONCESSIONS

Unfortunately we will not be offering concessions at our home events this season. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We understand the difficult times and decisions that must be made during a situation like this. We have been given an opportunity to give something back to our student athletes and community, so we must follow these rules and regulations to the best of our ability to ensure our student athletes get to have the seasons they have been given to play. Thank you all for your understanding and cooperation. GO COUGARS!!!
